This is not a luxury retreat, instead you will get a taste of what life is like in a regenerative living community in the Alentejo region of Portugal. This retreat is a chance to step out of the daily noise and reconnect with yourself, community, and the land. Expect daily movement, circles, nutritious plant-based meals, and plenty of time for integration. You will leave with real tools you can use in your daily life.
